Databricks interview questions

The process was very professional and very well thought out. The recruiting team makes a tremendous effort to be transparent with you. During the on-site, they start off by giving you a Databricks package that includes a shirt, stickers, and other Databricks appended attire. This is a nice touch and helps to make you feel welcomed and as if they value your time as an interviewee. The team is very down-to-earth, professional, and willing to answer any questions you have. That being said, they make a firm effort to ask you the tough questions and vet you out.

My interview process was very long. Multiple full day meetings and several presentations. Was a challenge to get through them, personality was tested and knowledge. as I was being interviewed by some of the smartest people I've met. It wasn't easy but I was happy to accept an offer when I received one. I am now a current employee. Can say as challenging as the interview process was, it really created a good work environment cuz only the best people were able to get through the process.
