The interviewer asked general questions starting with introduction, then hopping on to motivation, strength, weakness, situation based ques and then a generic questionnaire about the convention de stage, availability etc.

Describe a time when you faced a challenge and how did you overcome it?
HR responsed quickly and short processing time. First web application, and then I was required to submit a video answering two questions. One motivational and one behavioral. Submit it on youtube.
