First quick phone call with HR to go over the background and how it can be applied to the position, at the end invited to an assessment 2 days later. The assessment lasted the whole morning: it started with the company and role presentation, then us candidates got to quickly introduce ourselves. There were two group cases on relevant topics for the position: market share mellin and channel acquisition Alpro. After the session I was contacted by HR to get feedback on the assessment and the invitation for an individual interview in the afternoon. It lasted about 40/45 minutes and was carried out by both HR and the hiring managers and it was mostly focused on past experiences and motivations. A lot of personal feedback after each step, both when you passed that stage or not.
