Basic testing process like other MT programs. If you pass the test, you get an interview with HR. Then if you pass HR interview, you get FGD and user interview. done.

Interview
It was a pretty enriching interview with clear stage of hiring flow. At the focus group discussion or FGD, a team of 4-5 person has to discuss business case, which in the middle of it is modified to bring new perspective to the case. It was stimulating.
