The interview questions were given as text, then a limited time was given to record the answer response. Questions were a little tedious, but not hard. Very generic, 'what would you do in this situation', 'tell us a time that...' type questions

Interview
Online application, then a quick cognitive assessment and a one-way video interview. Questions like "why do you want to work here?", "describe a failure and how you overcame it", "what do you want us to know that isn't on your CV", and then an in-person assessment day where they invite you and a few other people to have an in-person interview as well as a group activity where they assess your collaboration
