Danone Digital Trainee interview questions

I applied online, they called me 2 weeks later for a phone screening, then invited me to an Assessment Center in Milan. During the assessment we presented ourselves and then had 2 case study; the first one was strictly related to the position we had apllied for, the second more standard. After this step they chose 3 candidates for the next round (interview with managers and hr). The expected a lot of enthusiasm rather than experience in the role.
