Process involves 3 stages:
1. HR interview. Here you are assessed for your cultural suitability to the company. This was quite rigorous
2. Technical interview: Here a senior consultant interviews you in relation to the type of role you are seeking. Sometimes these can become quite specific in terms of the information sought. You might be asked to solve a problem right there in the interview room.
3. An aptitude test. This is a non-technology-specific test that evaluates your understanding of logic principles. It has proven to be a very good discriminator for DWS

In the HR interview, I was asked to normalise a particular data relationship. This seemed more relevant to a technical interview, however I believe that the intent was to confirm whether there was any point moving to the technical interview at all

Interview
Very unethical. They promise you some position over the emails and change it while signing the offer letter. Do not resign from your current employer based on verbal communication with HR personals.
3 Rounds of Interview: HR, Technical and Aptitude Test.
Completed 2 rounds of Interview: HR and Technical. Personal Appearance given more importance. The selection process is very streamlined and professional. After each stage of interview the feedback and the schedule for next interview is communicated. They are pretty quick in response and flexible with convenient timing.
