The interview was easy to schedule and was laid back. I was asked standard behavioral questions, why I wanted to work for the company, and why I want to work in construction. My interviewers were happy to answer questions and to talk about their own experience in the company.

It was held pretty professionally. I've received the results in very short time. Even though I didn't get in, I was asked to apply next year for permanent positions. Overall, It was a great experience.

Interview
Interview after talking to recruitment director at career fair. Really easy and straightforward, obviously wanted to fill the position with someone from GT so had many interviews that day. Whole interview took only 20 minutes.
