Interviewed on campus at the career fair and was flown out to Dallas for a second round interview. Had a sequence of six 20-minute interviews, and a tour of a local job. Overall good experience and good people who care about the industry.

Interview
Very non traditional, had to do team building exercises with people I’m directly interviewing against. Based off this I ruled out dpr as an employee I would work for. Did 5 min speed interviews with 5 groups of 3.
Relaxed and enjoyable, 5 different interviews all were not too bad. Interviewing for personality, they do not ask you any test questions. They just want to see your enthusiasm for building things.
