the first step is the cognitive interview(introduce your self and general questions about the experience). Then the second is a technical interview (theoretical and practical skills). The last part is defining the type of contract

Discuss a paper, and related theoretical, technical programming and motivation questions
Three interviews in total: First with the group lead. Second with group lead + department lead, Third with group lead + department lead + institute lead. The first two were mostly questions about my knowledge and ambition, the last one involved giving a presentation on previous work.

Casual questions related to the later job, more asking if I've done something like that before and less testing my knowledge.

Nach dem Bewerbungsschluss kam eine Rückmeldung nach circa drei Wochen.
Sehr freundliches Gespräch mit drei Mitarbeitern der Abteilung per Skype.
Rückmeldung nach dem ersten und einzigen Gespräch dauerte etwa eine Woche.
