Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Pittsburgh, PA) in Nov 2017
Interview
There were two sets of two Skype interviews, then two on-site interviews at the headquarters after a tour of the facility and a breakfast. The interviews were about a half hour each, but the questions were mainly behavioral. The interviewers are definitely trying to get a sense of your personality with the questions.

Two rounds of interviews in which they ask largely behavioral questions and "getting-to-know-you" questions. I interviewed with two employees both in inventory planning. Overall, it was very conversational and the interviewers were very open and kind.
