DICK'S Sporting Goods interview questions

Interview was conducted by two managers. They asked fairly generic questions that were focused on previous retail experience. Easy process if you are able to articulate why you’d be an ideal floor associate - extra points if you are willing/able to department hop.

Candidates meet with a store manager for an initial interview. This interview assesses basic customer service skills, previous retail experience, and availability. The manager may also inquire about the candidate's knowledge of sports and sporting goods.
