How would you handle a difficult customer? An example of your customer service skills and conflict resolution. Can you give an example of a time you provided excellent customer service? A specific instance where you went above and beyond for a customer. How do you stay motivated during slow periods at work? Your strategies for staying productive and engaged. Describe a time when you met or exceeded sales goals. Demonstrating your sales skills and results-oriented approach.

It was a first round interview which consisted of 2 45 minute interviews. One was all behavioral, one was a case based on DSG-focused initiative. Even though I felt like I had not performed well during the case, I was still chosen to move on to the next round but I ultimately didn't take that next interview because of a competing offer.
