After completing two rounds of interviews, I was invited to a semi-technical interview. For preparation, I was only asked to bring a pen and paper. However, during the interview I was faced with several vague and unclear questions that did not seem directly related to the role.
The overall process felt disorganized and unprofessional. At times, it seemed that a candidate might have already been selected, and the interview process was simply continuing as a formality.
Unfortunately, the experience gave me the impression that the company did not value the candidate’s time. Based on my experience, the interview process could benefit from better preparation and clearer communication with applicants.
