Interview
I applied online and received a call about two weeks later asking me to come in for an interview. The interview consisted of a 1 on 1 interview in which I was simply told of the job responsibilities. I then took a phone call consisting of questions regarding ethics and stealing.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Poughkeepsie, NY) in Sep 2009
Interview
Very quick interview. Mostly to the point. Questions centered around honesty (i.e., not stealing) and skills-set for the job--purchases, returns, etc. The test which asks you questions about stealing, however, was a pain because it is a phone test and if you screw it up, you can't be considered for the job for six months even if you are a returning employee (as I was).
