I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2012
Interview
Signed up through University's job posting and company's website. 1st Round consisted of 2 30 minute interviews, one strictly behavioral based and the other more about character/fit with company. Received email within 2 days that I did not move onto the 2nd Round, which was scheduled for the following week. If you interview early on in the process, you may not hear back as early. Very friendly and enthusiastic employees and would definitely interview for positions with company in the future.

Question 1
Name a goal you set for yourself and the steps you took to accomplish it.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Leominster, MA) in May 2010
Interview
Hiring is fairly informal and rather brisk. If the opportunity arises, second interviews are often given quickly or on the same day. The personality test administered on our website is overly critical and prospective employees often fail and never have the opportunity.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How long do you see yourself with our company. This question is rarely worded correctly, and offers numerous pitfalls. It's nerve racking that the answer to this question, considering the positions applied for, could dock you in your attempt for employment.
