Many questions about what you would do in certain situations especially "team" situations. How you have inspired someone in the past and how you would transfer those lessons over to the work place. There are many questions asked which feel like you have to give the same answer.

Was not a match with my experiences and what I want to do. HR person who interviewed me said some things that could have impacted my decision if I were interested in the role

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Harrisburg, PA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Initial interview with assistant manager; Final interview with manager about a week later; First interview lasted about 40 minutes; Second interview lasted about half an hour; Questions were of the standard variety - what skills do you possess? Tell me about a time you went above and beyond to meet customer expectations etc. Not too difficult; Was annoying that the interviewer continued to be interrupted by the phone etc. Didn't seem like he was really that interested in interviewing me. Made me feel like they might be short staffed.
