I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2015
Interview
First a phone interview, then was contacted a few days later and invited to come in for an in-person interview. There I met with the recruiter and toured the (amazing) headquarters building. About two hours were spent in 3 consecutive interviews with supervisors & HR. Everyone was extremely friendly and you could tell they truly loved working at the company. The interviews were conversational and there were no surprise or hard questions, just the general interview Qs, plus some questions specific to the position. I didn't receive an offer, but it was an all around positive experience.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Augusta, ME) in Sep 2013
Interview
1st interview went great, scheduled me for a second interview the next week, and the person who was supposed to do the interview wasn't available and they rescheduled me for the next week and sent me home. The 3rd time they somehow lost all my info and had me take a pre-employment test with "what would you do " questions. They said when they found my paperwork they would call me back, they never did. Great store but the way it was run seemed very unorganized.
