DICK'S Sporting Goods interview questions

Was greeted by manager before the interview took place. Sat next to the golf department and underwent interview which lasted about 30 minutes. Was given questions such as: "Why do you want to work here?" "What do you love about golf?" "Tell me about an experience with an irate customer you had and how you dealt with it?". I gave my honest answers and we had a bit of small talk afterwards about how the golf department would be ran and how it would be looked over from the managers. The store was not open yet and was given the OK that I got the job. Reported to work the next day to begin setting up the store for opening.

Very relaxed and fun. Manager made sure you were comfortable and allowed you to be yourself. 2 interviews, 1st one was with all the questions and scenarios, then you take a test. If you past you get a 2nd interview and then they decide from there.
