DICK'S Sporting Goods interview questions

Very simple application process. I submitted an application online to start with. I received a call to come in for a face to face interview. I was interviewed by the general manager and the Retail Sales Associate manager. The interview questions asked were very simple and to the point, mostly what your experience is, what your strengths and weaknesses are, tell about your background, what are your goals ect. I received a call later that day that I had got the job, I accepted immediately, and began working within 3 days.

After applying online I was called for an interview. It lasted about 20 minutes and I was told that another manager would call me within the next few days. That second manager called and the interview was basically the same as the first and I was offered the job.
