I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Minneapolis, MN) in Sep 2015
Interview
Two part interview, one with the manager in-store and one with the store manager. Positive experiences and very laid back interview. Questions are mostly are "give me a time" and giving back with examples for answers. it seems like a very great work staff in general, but they focus on more on the numbers on the scorecard vs actual sales.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2014
Interview
It was two interviews, some questions were relevant but most were how do team sports help you in the workplace, or how did you use leadership in sports and how will it translate to the workplace.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Clearwater, FL)
Interview
Very easy, spoke with two managers, was hired and partially trained on the day of the second interview. Was called by both managers and talked to briefly about who I am and what my sports interests are. Was also asked situational questions as to how I would react in certain circumstances. Very routine.
