DICK'S Sporting Goods interview questions

It was quick. I spoke with the manager about my experiences wearing footwear and willingness to learn about what made a great footwear associate. I got a fist-bump from the manager as she said they were going to hire me after my second in-person interview. I started about two weeks after the interview process. It was friendly, I think they needed more employees to cover hours at the time that I was hired. The other employees did not seem to like the job too much

I was called and asked to come in for an interview maybe 1-2 weeks after applying. I was interviewed by 2 people who were both very friendly and had to complete a quick 50 question quiz. However, I was informed that they will not actually hire you into this position, everyone has to start out as a cashier. So that was highly misleading and disappointing to me.
