I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (El Segundo, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process was about 30 minutes and they asked me general questions like, “Why would you like to work here”, & “How does sports impact your life and how would you use your past experiences with your work here”. As long as you show confidence, and are able to work a physical retail job (I say that because it’s a relatively huge store compared to normal retail stores) you’ll be fine.

Interview
They will test you on random stuff that doesn’t seem that important or relevant but nonetheless it will be very easy. This isn’t a hard job to get so you should be fine.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Plymouth Meeting, PA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Interview wasn't too strenuous. Only was asked around 4-5 questions and it was very casual overall. Interview took place in the back office with other employees around, which helped me feel more comfortable in the process.
