Interview
Going through 2 interviews.
Each took about ten minutes.
On point, relaxed, not too strict or formal.
Focused more on whether they see you as a worker willing to work.
Very basic. Not going the beyond and asking difficult questions

Interview
Once you fill out the application online they call you in for a first interview. If they like you they call you in for a second interview. If they like you they will offer you a position regardless of your knowledge, skills, or experience. Over the last 2 years they seem to hire who ever walks through the door. It shows in the overall customer satisfaction.

Interview
There were two sets of interviews where there is a packet of questions they go through and then an ethics quiz online that you take. Overall very simple and straight forward, nothing out of the ordinary for an average interview.
