Interview
Two rounds, very casual setting with department manager then store manager. Informative and there to make sure you're both a good fit. Managers were very honest about position, didn't hide anything.

Interview
Had a face to face interview with the store manager in his office. He was very professional and friendly and you could tell he liked his job and the company. The interview was conversation like and included the 10 question company provided questionaire. The DM was a more in depth interviewer as I expected, but if you know your retail business then the questions are easy. Make sure you smile, let some personality come through, ask questions and thank them for seeing you. Don't ask "typical first timer" type of questions. Ask them what their challenges are and tell them how you can fix them. Overall, easy interview.

Interview
2 interviews from different managers. First I was called by an assistant manager and asked me a few basic questions. I was then invited to interview in store with a manager. After that interview I was invited back to interview with the store manager. I was hired and then began my training on my first day.
