Interview
The position required 2 interviews with managers who couldn't have been more open, welcoming, and positive. Simple questions pertaining to education and challenges in past positions are pretty much the typical line of quesitoning here. Specifically, you may be asked "Describe a time when..." about 5 times for different scenarios so make sure you draw from past experiences from diverse situations and also helps to relate them to retail, sports, or teamwork in general.

Interview
Very smooth, typical interview. Walk in, as to speak with the person you are interviewing with and they escorted me to the back to proceed with the interview. Afterwards i was invited back for a second interview with upper management, and got the job.

Interview
I met one of the managers and I interviewed. We laughed after awhile and she told me to come back in the following week to meet the general manager. He asked scenario questions, gave me a tour, and told me I had the job! The managers were had a smile on their faces the whole time and was very interested in what I had to say. They were even open to me not having any experience. (First job)
