Online assessment was straight forward and compared to others I’ve seen. Phone interview with the recruiter lasted approximately an hour and was straight forward situational questions. The interview with the district manager was comfortable however didn’t follow situational question format. After the in person interview told that the recruiter would reach back out. The recruiter has not reached out nor responded to email follow-up.

2 interviews. 2 different managers.first manager interview you. If he likes you you interview with store manager. Most times it is the same day. If first manager dosen't like you they say thank you for coming in. And you never hear from them again.
