DICK'S Sporting Goods interview questions

I waiting at the front of the store for about 5 minutes before I was escorted to the office. They sit you down and ask about 5 questions, they either offer you a second interview or tell you they will call you within a week.

Received interview request within 24 hrs of submitting resume/application. Phone interview went well. Or at least I thought. Told I would hear back within a couple of days. A week passed. Received a " thanks, but no thanks" email. I asked for feedback. Twice. No response. Nothing. Disappointing and unprofessional. Feedback would have been appreciated. It's a valid question.
