DICK'S Sporting Goods interview questions

Phone screen with recruiter after connecting with on campus recruiter, informational and trying to understand motivations for the most part rather than prior experience, genial interviewer. Everythign was set up through a google sheet which was weird because you could see the other people's names listed from your program and others.

Very easy interview. Asked basic questions about experiences and talked about your education and the reason why you want to work at Dick’s Sporting Goods. I got a second interview in less than a week and they offer me the role.
