There was an online application, and if they liked your application, they would give you a call to talk about things like availability and why you would want to work there. If they liked your answers, they would call you back for an in person interview.

It was very smooth process, had everything in order, answered helpful questions, and overall just made me look forward to my job, and to potentially learn more skills and to be surrounded by a diverse environment it made me feel more welcomed.
