Three rounds of interviews took place:
Round One - Initial interview with the recruiter to discuss the role and get an understanding of the potential fit.
Note: Honestly a solid interview took place here and the recruiter was able to inform me more about the desired characteristics they see being the right fit. Completely on board at this point.
Round Two - Hour long interview with the director. Roughly 45 minutes going through a scenario and mapping out the process. Last 15 minutes Q and A.
Notes: Awesome experience and really enjoyed the scenario and the conversation.
Round Three: Approximately 45 minute conversation with several potential team members that are across the board in their work.
Notes: Great group of people. Natural conversations.
After that was told; decision coming the next Monday/Tuesday.
End of week and did a follow up to be told next Monday/Tuesday. Followed up and ghosted.
Assume no offer. Beyond being ghosted I liked the people and the position.
