DARCARS Automotive Group interview questions

2 week process process. First was called by a manager and then had in person interview. Interview took about 1 hour. Had a tour of facility and got introduces to some of the staff.

Easy. Just spoke with management and they hired me right after. It happened when me and my family members bought a vehicle. At that time, I was looking for another job, and while purchasing the vehicle, we asked if they were hiring and the manager said yes. The sales manager immediately gave me an application. I don't remember whether I submitted it the same day, or a few days after, but I hand delivered it to him, and then I heard from the human resources department a few days after. They asked me if I would be interested in completing their 3 week sales course, and I accepted.
