It was a great experience. Not like any other typical interview! The director who interviewed me started off by explaining the business, values, and expectations to ensure I understand the company and if this is something I'd continue to pursue. As soon as I agreed to proceed, she asked me to tell her about myself and that's when the follow up and interviewing started. Very smooth! TIP: Mention obstacles you've accomplished to get to where you are now and why you are interested in the industry and or job role.
