30 minute phone interview with recruiter. Didn't make it past this stage. Asked very basic question about real estate and your interest in the role. Wanted to hear more about your interest in the role rather than your qualifications

It takes 1 week for me to get a phone interview, then talk with the hiring manager, and get an Excel test. The hiring manager is pretty nice, however, I received a job offer and decided not to continue the interview process.

Interview
The interview was quite fast, HR, hiring manager, client then offer on consecutive days. The questions were a mix of practical technical questions as its a finance role as well as analysis themed questions.
The Hiring manager was extremely arrogant and pretentious. It seemed like they focused only on target schools. I went to a small, non-target private university, and the hiring manager was a jerk.
