2. Second round with Accounting Team Lead technical questions.
3. Final round with Finance Director took 15 minutes.

Interview
I met with five people with included two pairs of manager and assistant manager then the controller. You have to take a 20 question written accounting exam before your interview. They have a printed list of questions they are supposed to ask you. Depending on the person will depend on whether or not you get to ask questions that are important to you. You will definitely get a feel for who you would be working with.

Interview
Panel interview wit Portfolio, Property and Financial Manager. They were all very seasoned managers therefore the process was more of a test of my over all knowledge of real estate finance and less about my actual accounting skills.
