I applied online. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
1. Applied online
2. Phone interview with HR
3. Video interview with the head of the team
4. Excel/writing assessment
5. Video interview with four other people
The entire process took place during COVID, so everything was virtual. The HR team was sometimes slow to respond and there were long gaps between interviews. Overall, everyone I talked to was nice.

Interview
Casual, but structured. More like a conversation than an interrogation. My interview ended very positively, so I was expecting a follow up, but they never reached out. I pursued another opportunity anyway, so I didn't reach out either.
