There was no email interview invitation except for a phone message. Details were sent from an apparent recruiter. There was no update of the interview outcome though I was informed of one.

The overall process was more conversational rather and a series of meetings with standard questions. In a way, it was nice. However, I later found out the job was not budgeted for from internal source and did not seem 100% approved to put to search. Was odd.
