There are 2 rounds. In the first round, the regional head will schedule an in-person meeting and then with the MD through Teams call.
In both rounds, they try to understand your market knowledge and your business experience.

Overall, it was a good process. The people were very nice, personable and had a laidback vibe. They were thoughtful about timing and scheduling of my time, and they kept the interviews concise.
