First step was a phone screen with basic questions about me, why did I apply, why would I think that I could be a good fit for the role, what do I know about the company? The second step was a face-to-face interview with questions about: motivation, promotion of the company The third step was an introduction day, when they wanted to see if I fit the company with other colleagues.

Intense interview - be prepared to answer questions about what makes you stand out from the rest and be scrutinized about specifics in your career. The interviewer was not overly warm and told me she would be "in touch in a couple of days" - 2 months later I have still not received a response. I wouldn't recommend applying to this role; salary is also very low for expectations of employees, you are selling memberships and working on reception too for less per hour than most commercial gyms.
