I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (Bloomington, IN) in Sep 2016
Interview
I had back to back interviews on campus at my university. They had a pre night where I met the people interviewing me. The recruiters were really nice and the interview was relaxed. Both interviews were behavioral based.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
Two back to back interviews, and then offer. The people were very nice and helpful and I really learned a lot from their hiring managers and recruiters. I was taken to the on-site in late Fall and we did a community event with other members of the team. Everyone was very nice and friendly, and it felt like they were all friends. It was very helpful to meet so many people from the company who seemed to like each other and relate to each other in a congenial. way.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (New York, NY) in Aug 2015
Interview
I submitted an application online and was contacted by the campus recruiting manager via e-mail in the next few days. I had a half-hour mini interview with the recruiting manager over the phone. She explained in details what is expected at this position and also confirmed the time and location for the in-person interview. I was interviewed twice: first by a senior consultant and then by partner. They had both flew from California to New York for the interview. The interview ran for an hour and it was very smoothly. Easy behavioral questions.
