Two 30 minute interviews via Microsoft Teams. They ask you about previous work history and behavioral questions. The people whom interviewed were very easy going and easy to talk with.

Interview
Applied in August. Completed a video interview, then has 2 different video calls over the span of 2 weeks. One was behavior based, "tell me about a time", etc. And the second was basically just for me to ask questions for half an hour. The consultants who interviewed me seemed not to know much about the hiring process, as things are different than whats on the website due to covid, and they were not actually a part of the HR staff. 2 weeks later HR called and extended an offer.

1) phone interview by HR
It lasted for about 10 minutes. The interviewer asked questions based on my resume, as well strengths and weakness.
2) IQ and Essay test
3) Zoom interview with audit principal and partner
Mostly conversations about expectations from both parties, including some questions on technical knowledge.
