Crowe LLP interview questions

The process was...weird and awful. It started with an on-campus interview, during which time I was interviewed for two positions for 30 minutes each. They reached out to me shortly afterwards and offered me an on-site interview at one of their offices. This is where it got weird. We were never interviewed. There was a scavenger hunt, dinner, a mixer, breakfast, a group discussion, and lunch. No substantive interview. It was awkward at best, sloppily designed at worst. They eventually hinted at their interest in employing me before backtracking a week later. The entire process was horribly communicated, put together last minute, terribly executed, and faulty from the start. To summarize, I will never ever apply to this firm again. Complete waste of time.
