Interview
The process was...weird and awful. It started with an on-campus interview, during which time I was interviewed for two positions for 30 minutes each. They reached out to me shortly afterwards and offered me an on-site interview at one of their offices. This is where it got weird. We were never interviewed. There was a scavenger hunt, dinner, a mixer, breakfast, a group discussion, and lunch. No substantive interview. It was awkward at best, sloppily designed at worst. They eventually hinted at their interest in employing me before backtracking a week later. The entire process was horribly communicated, put together last minute, terribly executed, and faulty from the start.
To summarize, I will never ever apply to this firm again. Complete waste of time.

Interview
I dropped my resume at my university Business Career Fair. The first-round interview was very casual and conversational. The second-round was at the Chicago office, and included a few panels, an office tour, and two more casual interviews. There were pre-nights before both events. All interviews were 30 minutes long with behavioral questions and plenty of time to ask questions about the firm.

Interview
On campus interview (30 min) followed by a site visit with 2 interviews. one with a partner and senior manager (30 minutes apiece). The site visit was very laid back, most conversation revolved around "fit" and matching values.
