Three telephone interviews with talent acquisition, a recruiter, and HR; two interviews on site. Everyone I spoke with on the telephone and met with in person was courteous and professional.

What do I consider to be my strength/weaknesses? How would my previous supervisors/managers answer the same question?
I need to go through a test which consist psychometric and english test. Few days after i need to attend an online interview that asked about your knowledge regarding position and more about your personality.

Interview
Initial contact was made via email and a phone interview was scheduled. The phone interview was more detailed than most and lasted approximately 30 minutes. After about a week, I was invited in for an interview. Interviews we scheduled with all department head and his managers. Everyone was pleasant.

Many behavioral interview questions, which I liked, but some of them didn't seem to pertain to a support position.
