Crowe LLP Audit Associate interview questions

Applied through school portal, had one round of on-campus interviews and a final round onsite. Interviewed with one manager and one partner during on-campus interviews. No technical questions, and more of a conversation testing for fit.

Applied via school career portal then was called 2 weeks later for an OCR (on campus recruiting) interview. OCR was an hour long - met with a partner and manager. They asked behavioral questions but interviews were largely conversational. They just want to see how well you can communicate / articulate your answers and how well you can talk about your past experience. Asked a lot about my side projects, more so than about my more technical internships. Again, want to assess personality and cultural fit.
