Step 2 - interviewed with the Director of Marketing (30 minutes). Tough interview that requires thinking and react really fast. Questions are more free form: "We have a product we want to promote and we have Google Analytics data about ***. Can you tell me how you analyze it? ". Step 3 - Technical interview with a future co-worker. SQL test and BI test.
Despite I cancelled my 4th round since I accepted a different offer, the recruiter reached out and want to see if I can apply for a different position. Their recruiting team show passion and interest of candidate's success, which you don't see very often. Again, kudos.
