Covidien interview questions

The phone interview was a panel interview, making it more difficult to determine who was talking and making the interview overall more awkward.

I was interviewed first by a temporary staffing agency and then by the two team leads in the department I would be working in. The questions were very standard, "Tell me about a time when..." and they did not seem to be trained in how to interview.
