Interview
Career Fair style - you go around and talk to different departments. Make sure you dress professionally, have questions prepared, and don't wait in all of the really long lines! Find the shorter lines and hit them first. They didn't ask any really tough questions, so just relax and be yourself. They basically just want to get to know you and see if you would be a good fit.

Interview
I had an awesome interview process. I applied online and then got a call back about two weeks later. Heard from then a week after that. It really was straightforward and the interviews were very nice. I have nothing to complain about with this company.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Covidien in Mar 2016
Interview
The Interview itself is straightforward, asking me about CAD and showed me a lot about what does the company do. The bad thing is I got a decline email even before I finished all the interview process. I didn't know what was wrong.

Interview
I got a call from HR to set up an interview with the manager of the department. I did the phone interview with the manager a couple days later lasting about 30 minutes. I got a call from HR the next day to set up an on-site interview for during my spring break. At the on-site interview, I met with three senior managers that I would be working with. They were super nice and seemed like they liked me. It was a really laid back interview and really comfortable. It was mostly going over my resume, not a lot of technical questions. There were a couple behavioral questions, but mostly just asking about my experience.
