Costco Wholesale interview questions

Very basic interview questions, testing if you're a serious worker, willing to learn, and will ask for help if needed. Lasted maybe 15 minutes with a Manager and Assistant Manager present.

They call you and set a date for face to fave interview. I got the call after 2 weeks of applying. At first they will share some paperworks which contain the job description for the roles being offered. Mine had three sets of documents for Stocker, Parking Lot attendant and Front end assistant. After filling all these they will take you for the first round of interviews. For me it was a two member panel. They asked 6 situation based questions and asked to share real examples while answering. After completing they send for the manager for the final round of interview. He asked some additional situation based question and ends the session.
