I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Halifax, NS)
Interview
The interview was conducted by two supervisors/managers in the Costco restaurant (Resto), very general questions, relaxed atmosphere. Took less than an hour. Each question was selected from a piece of paper the supervisors had on hand, and as I answered each question they would record my answers. I then had a meeting with a higher-up and was given an offer of employment.

Question 1
How do you work in a team environment?
Scenario where you were in an argument with a customer and how you dealt with it.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (New Berlin, WI) in Jul 2015
Interview
10 minutes a list of questions they asked everyone.
Next day I received an email rejecting me. I interviewed on the second day of interviews for hiring to staff a new store in Wisconsin. How do they know on day two of many hundreds, that they won't need me at their store? This is for part-time work involving great customer service, someone they can depend on to be at work at a scheduled time, take extra shifts when call upon on short notice, but they knew after 10 minutes that I would not be that person. All I can say is good luck. If you pass on a great candidate in 10 minutes good luck in filling and keeping good people.
