It was pretty intimidating just because you had to go through the hiring manager, the position manager and then the assistant store manager. Other than that it went very smooth. I went in one day and came out with a job offer. They will hammer you about customer service and how fast you are in the work place. Costco is all about how well you work with the members and how fast you are in the work place. Its best that you have been exposed to these kind of environments.

They hired a new guy for the meat department with no previous experience. They did not do a screening to see how he was.
